Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of INSiqT (the “Service”), an AI-assisted exam-preparation platform available at insiqt.in. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

1. What INSiqT is (and is not)

INSiqT currently provides automated analysis of handwritten UPSC Mains practice answers. It is an educational feedback tool. It is not a coaching institute, not an official examining body, and not a guarantee of any exam rank, score, admission, or professional outcome.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for activity under your account. Sign-in is provided through Google via our authentication provider. Notify us at contact@insiqt.in if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. Student uploads

Upload only content you have the right to process — your own answer sheets, practice work, and study material. Do not upload other people’s personal data, copyrighted question banks you are not licensed to use, or sensitive documents unrelated to exam preparation. You retain ownership of your uploads; you grant us the limited licence needed to store and process them to provide the Service.

4. AI-generated feedback

Evaluations, marks estimates, and study recommendations are generated by AI models and can contain mistakes. Use them as coaching guidance, review important conclusions yourself, and consult teachers or mentors where it matters. We ask for explicit consent before AI processing of your uploads.

5. Credits, plans, and payments

During public beta, one Standard booklet evaluation is granted free per account and checkout is disabled. If paid plans are enabled later, the price and contents will be shown before purchase and payment refunds will be governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Prices and plan contents may change; changes will not reduce evaluations already granted or purchased.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: probe, disrupt, or overload the Service; attempt to access other users’ data; resell or scrape the Service; use it to violate any law; or upload malicious content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with a refund of unused purchased credits where the suspension is not caused by fraud or abuse.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Features may evolve, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice for paid functionality.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INSiqT’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India. Consumers retain all rights available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
