Refund & Cancellation Policy

INSiqT sells prepaid credit packs and test plans, priced in Indian Rupees and processed securely by Razorpay. This policy explains when you are entitled to a refund and how to request one.
Automatic credit refunds
If pages in an evaluation fail to process (OCR or analysis errors on our side), the credits for those pages are refunded to your wallet automatically — no request needed. You can see every debit and refund in your credit ledger on the Credits page.
Payment captured but credits not delivered
If a payment succeeds but the credits or plan do not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact us within 7 days with your payment ID (from your receipt email or Razorpay confirmation). We will either deliver the purchase or refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Duplicate or accidental payments
Duplicate charges for the same order are refunded in full once verified. Accidental purchases can be refunded within 48 hours provided the purchased credits or plan tests are entirely unused.
What is not refundable
- Credits already consumed by completed evaluations.
- Plan tests already used.
- Dissatisfaction with AI feedback content itself — the Service is an automated coaching aid and results vary; contact us and we will try to help.
How to request a refund
Email contact@insiqt.in with your registered email address, the payment ID, and a short description. We acknowledge requests within 72 hours and resolve them within 7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
