Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data INSiqT collects, why, and the choices you have. We aim to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India). If you are under 18, please use INSiqT with the consent of a parent or guardian.

What we collect

• Account data — name, email, target exam, and profile details you provide.
• Study content — answer sheets and documents you upload, extracted text, and generated evaluations/reports.
• Payment data — order and payment identifiers, amounts, and purchase history. Card/UPI details are handled by Razorpay and never stored by us.
• Usage data — sign-ins, feature usage, and product-analytics events used to improve the Service.

AI processing

When you request OCR or answer analysis, your uploaded answer content, extracted text, question context, and feedback prompts are sent to configured OCR and AI providers (for example Google Gemini) solely to produce your evaluation. We ask for explicit AI-processing consent before analysis actions, and we do not sell your content or use it to train our own models.

Service providers

We use vetted processors to run the Service: Supabase (authentication), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Razorpay (payments), Resend (email), AI/OCR providers for analysis, and a product-analytics service. Each receives only the data needed for its function.

Storage and access

Private uploads and reports are accessible only through authenticated app flows or expiring signed URLs. Public question assets may be cached through our CDN. Data is retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and associated content by writing to contact@insiqt.in. We respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your uploads and reports, except records we must keep by law (e.g. payment records).
